All Severance Benefits shall be discontinued completely as of the date when the Employee returns to employment or self-employment, whether full- or part-time, with an entity that offers any group health insurance coverage to its employees or independent contractors, regardless of whether such coverage is equivalent to the insurance coverage contemplated by the Severance Benefits.
