Termination of Severance. Without limiting the foregoing remedies, if Employee commits a breach of any of the provisions of Sections 6 through 10, the Company shall no longer be obligated to make any payments pursuant to this Section 5, and Employee shall promptly repay any of such payments made pursuant to this Section 5.
