Common use of Termination of Stock Plans Clause in Contracts

As of the Effective Time, all Stock Plans and equity awards shall be terminated, and no further shares of Company Common Stock, Company Stock Options, restricted stock units, equity interests or other rights with respect to shares of stock of the Company shall be granted thereunder.
