Common use of Termination of Stockholders Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Stockholders Agreement. The Stockholders, the Company and the other parties thereto hereby agree to terminate the Stockholders Agreement, including any and all annexes or exhibits thereto, as of the Effective Time.
