Common use of Termination of Stockholders Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Stockholders Agreement. The parties acknowledge and agree, that upon consummation of the Initial Public Offering, the Stockholders’ Agreement of the Company, dated as of June 1, 2010, (including, for the purpose of clarity, Article IV thereof) shall automatically terminate and be of no further force or effect.
