Termination of Successor Addendum. Dealer may, at any time, withdraw a nomination of a Successor even if Seller previously has qualified the candidate, or cancel an executed Successor Addendum by giving notice to Seller of such withdrawal at any time prior to the death or incapacity of any Principal Owner named in this Agreement. Seller may cancel an executed Successor Addendum only if the proposed Principal Owner or Executive Manager no longer complies with the requirements of this Section 14.
