Termination of Supplemental Employee Retirement Plan. The Company shall pay to Employee, in full and complete satisfaction of the Company’s obligations under that certain Supplemental Pension Plan Agreement dated November 15, 2001 between the Company and Employee, an amount equal to $50,000 (less any withholding taxes) on May 31, 2004 or, if earlier, the date of termination of employment for any reason.
