Termination of Surcharge. The Water System Facility Revenue Bond Surcharge under Article 50(a)(1)(B) shall cease for each series of Water System Facility Revenue Bonds when that series is fully repaid. However, the annual charge determined pursuant to Article 50(a)(1)(A) shall continue to be collected for the time periods otherwise required under Articles 22 and 24.
