Termination of the 1996 Stanford License. In the event the 1996 Stanford License Agreement is terminated, Genentech’s rights and obligations as a sublicensee of Curis under the 1996 Stanford License shall become rights and obligations of Genentech as if Genentech were the direct licensee under the 1996 Stanford License.
