Common use of Termination of the 20[__]-[__] SUBI Clause in Contracts

Termination of the 20[__]-[__] SUBI. (a) In connection with any purchase by the Servicer of the corpus of the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.19 of the Servicing Supplement, the succession of the Servicer to the interest in the 20[__]-[__] SUBI represented by the 20[__]-[__] SUBI Certificate, should all of the interest in the 20[__]-[__] SUBI thereafter be held by the holder or holders of the UTI Certificates, whether by transfer, sale or otherwise, then upon the direction of such holders, the 20[__]-[__] SUBI shall be terminated, the 20[__]-[__] SUBI Certificate shall be returned to the Vehicle Trustee and canceled and the Servicer shall reallocate all 20[__]-[__] SUBI Assets to the UTI.

Termination of the 20[__]-[__] SUBI. (a) In connection with any purchase by the Servicer of the corpus of the Issuer Issuing Entity pursuant to Section 2.19 Article Nine of the Servicing SupplementTrust Agreement, the succession of the Servicer to the interest in the 20[__]-[__20[•]-[•] SUBI represented by the 20[__]-[__20[•]-[•] SUBI Certificate, or should all of the interest in the 20[__]-[__20[•]-[•] SUBI thereafter be held by the holder UTI Beneficiary or holders the Holders of the UTI Certificates, whether by transfer, sale sale, or otherwise, then upon the direction of such holdersHolders, the 20[__]-[__20[•]-[•] SUBI shall be terminated, the 20[__]-[__20[•]-[•] SUBI Certificate shall be returned to the Vehicle Titling Trustee and canceled canceled, and the Servicer shall reallocate all 20[__]-[__20[•]-[•] SUBI Assets to the UTI.
