Termination of the Agreement for Convenience. At any time during the Term beginning [***] months after the Effective Date, Licensee may, at its convenience, terminate this Agreement, entirely or in relation to one or more Indications only, upon providing at least [***] days prior written notice to Penn of such intention to terminate, and provided that Licensee ceases using the License or making, using, or selling Products in relation to the Indications that have been terminated.
