Termination of the Authority. The Authority itself may be terminated and dissolved in the same manner and subject to the same conditions as any program may be terminated; provided that, in addition, the Treasurer-Auditor shall disburse any funds in the treasury as directed by Board. Board is vested with all powers of the Authority for the purpose of winding up and dissolving the business affairs of the Authority.
