TERMINATION OF THE AUTHORIZATION. CLAUSE 14.1 - The Authorization shall be considered terminated as a result of discharge, forfeiture, lapse, resignation, or annulment, as established in Articles 138 to Article 144 of the General Telecommunications Law and according to the procedures described in the regulation.

TERMINATION OF THE AUTHORIZATION. CLAUSE PROVISION 14.1 - The Authorization shall will be considered terminated as a result of dischargethrough cancellation, forfeiture, lapse, resignation, renunciation or annulment, as annulment according to provisions 138 through 144 of LGT and the proceedings established in Articles 138 to Article 144 the regulation. SOLE PARAGRAPH. The declaration of termination will not prevent the enforcement of the General Telecommunications Law and applicable remedies, according to the procedures described in provisions of this Letter of Authorization, against the regulationbreaches perpetrated by the AUTHORIZED.
