Common use of Termination of the Contract by notice Clause in Contracts

Termination of the Contract by notice. 1. Each Party may terminate this Contract at any time by a written notice addressed to the other Party with the notice period of 1 month, which shall begin to run from the moment of delivery of the notice to the other Party. In case of any doubt about the other Party's address, such address is deemed to be the address stated in the heading of this Contract. This Contract may not be terminated through EDI. 2. The termination of this Contract shall not affect the electronic data interchange effectuated duly before the termination of this Contract by notice. Even after the termination of this Contract, both Parties shall be obliged to keep all data in the manner specified in this Contract and to comply with the arrangements set forth herein the nature of which indicates that they have to be complied with after the termination of this Contract (such as confidentiality).
