Termination of the Depositary Agreement. In the event of termination of the Depositary Agreement or the insolvency of the Depositary, the net assets of the UCITS / Sub-Funds must be transferred to a successor Depositary, subject to the FMA's approval, or if no successor Depositary is found within the period of time specified in the Depositary Agreement, the UCITS / Sub-Funds shall be liquidated in accordance with the liquidation provisions in the Unit Trust Agreement.
