Common use of Termination of the Issuer’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

Termination of the Issuer’s Obligations. This Indenture shall cease to be of further effect (except that the Issuer's obligations under Section 10.6 and the Indenture Trustee's and Paying Agent's obligations under Section 11.3 shall survive) when all Outstanding Investor Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost or stolen Investor Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Indenture Trustee for cancellation and the Issuer has paid all sums payable hereunder.
