Common use of Termination of the Safekeeping Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of the Safekeeping Agreement. The parties hereto hereby agree that the Safekeeping Agreement, dated as of May 19, 2011, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Custodian was previously terminated and superseded by the Existing Loan and Security Agreements and shall be further superseded by this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents in all respects.
