Termination of the Trust or Any Class. (a) Unless terminated as provided herein, the Trust shall continue in perpetuity. The Trust may be dissolved, and any Class may be terminated, at any time by the Trustees without Shareholder authorization or approval by written notice to the Shareholders or, in the case of the termination of any Class, to the Shareholders of such Class. Any action to dissolve the Trust shall be deemed to be an action to terminate each Class.
