Termination of the Trust or Any Series or Class. (a) Unless terminated as provided herein, the Trust and each Series shall continue in perpetuity. The Trust may be dissolved at any time by the Trustees without Shareholder approval or consent, irrespective of any adverse affect upon a Shareholder, by written notice to the Shareholders. Any Series may be dissolved at any time by the Trustees without Shareholder approval or consent, irrespective of any adverse affect upon a Shareholder, by written notice to the Shareholders of such Series. Any Class may be terminated at any time by the Trustees without Shareholder approval or consent, irrespective of any adverse affect upon a Shareholder, by written notice to the Shareholders of such Class. Any action to dissolve the Trust shall be deemed to also be an action to dissolve each Series, and to terminate each Class.
