Common use of Termination of the Warranty Clause in Contracts

Termination of the Warranty. (a) This Warranty ceases at the end of the Warranty Period. (b) If Komatsu resupplies any Service, then such Service is warranted for the balance of the Warranty Period. If Komatsu pays for the resupply of any Service by any non-Komatsu entity, then the applicable warranty offered by that entity shall apply.
