Termination of this Agreement by Customer. The Customer may terminate this Agreement at any time if it (a) gives WFBC at least thirty (30) days advance written notice prior to the proposed Termination Date and (b) pays WFBC applicable termination fees in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. If the Customer terminates this Agreement, on such Termination Date, (x) all amounts due hereunder shall be immediately due and payable and (y) the Customer shall repurchase all outstanding Purchased Accounts and the Related Rights with respect thereto and immediately pay the Repurchase Price for such Purchased Accounts and the Related Rights with respect thereto.
