Common use of Termination of this Agreement by Notice Clause in Contracts

Termination of this Agreement by Notice. (a) Subject to clause 22.3(b), the LFC may terminate this Agreement by 12 months’ notice to the Service Provider, but if it does so any Service Order with a Minimum Service Term that has not yet expired will continue until the expiry of that Minimum Service Term (subject to the Service Provider’s continued payment of the Charges).
