Termination of this Agreement by Reason of Suspension or Cancellation of Accreditation. If either party’s Accreditation is suspended for a continuous period of six months or cancelled for a continuous period of one month the other party may terminate this Agreement by notice in writing to the party which has had its Accreditation so suspended or cancelled.

  • Termination of Agreement If this Agreement is terminated by the Representatives in accordance with the provisions of Section 5 or Section 9(a)(i) hereof, the Company shall reimburse the Underwriters for all of their out-of-pocket expenses, including the reasonable fees and disbursements of counsel for the Underwriters.
