TERMINATION OF THIS FUNDING AGREEMENT. In addition to the conditions set out in clause 16, We may terminate this Grant Agreement by written notice to Draft (i) the Chief Investigator (or any member of the Specified Personnel) ceases to be engaged on the Project or is absent from the Project for more than two months without prior approval; or (ii) the Project, in the opinion of VicHealth, ceases to pursue the Objectives specified in Schedule 1
