Termination of this Remarketing Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate as to the Rate Agent and the Remarketing Underwriter on the effective date of the removal of such Rate Agent and Remarketing Underwriter pursuant to Section 4 hereof.

Termination of this Remarketing Agreement.
