Termination of Trademark License Agreements. If either Trademark License Agreement terminates under its terms, then: (a) Manager may terminate this agreement if the Trademark License Agreement terminated because of a breach of the Trademark License Agreement by Sprint PCS or Sprint; and (b) Sprint PCS may terminate this agreement if the Trademark License Agreement terminated because of a breach of the Trademark License Agreement by Manager.
