Common use of Termination on Account of Disability or Death Clause in Contracts

Termination on Account of Disability or Death. If the Employee’s employment with the Company and PGA hereunder is terminated on account of a Disability or as a result of the Employee’s death, then in addition to the Accrued Rights, the Employee (or the Employee’s estate, as the case may be) shall be entitled to receive from PGA the Pro-Rata Bonus, if any, for the year in which termination of employment occurs, which amount is payable in accordance with Section 3(b). Any termination by the Company or PGA for Disability shall be communicated by written notice in accordance with Section 20.
