Common use of Termination on Default Clause in Contracts

Termination on Default. The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving written notice on the Supplier with effect from the date specified in such notice where the Supplier commits a Material Default and if: 26.8.1 the Supplier has not remedied the Material Default to the satisfaction of the Authority within twenty (20) Working Days, or such other period as may be specified by the Authority, after issue of a written notice specifying the Material Default and requesting it to be remedied; or 26.8.2 the Material Default is not, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, capable of remedy.

Termination on Default. The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving written notice on the Supplier with effect from the date specified in such notice where the Supplier commits a Material Default and if: 26.8.1 the Supplier has not remedied the Material Default to the satisfaction of the Authority within twenty (20) Working Days, or such other period as may be specified by the Authority, after issue of a written notice specifying the Material Default and requesting it to be remedied; or 26.8.2 the Material Default is not, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, capable of remedy.

Termination on Default. The Authority may terminate this the Framework Agreement by serving written notice on the Supplier Service Provider with effect from the date specified in such notice where the Supplier Service Provider commits a Material Default and if: 26.8.1 if:- the Supplier Service Provider has not remedied the Material Default to the satisfaction of the Authority within twenty (20) Working Days, or such other period as may be specified by the Authority, after issue of a written notice specifying the Material Default and requesting it to be remedied; or 26.8.2 or the Material Default is not, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, capable of remedy.

The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving written notice on the Supplier with effect from the date specified in such notice where the Supplier commits a Material Default and if: 26.8.1 32.8.1 the Supplier has not remedied the Material Default to the satisfaction of the Authority within twenty (20) Working Days, or such other period as may be specified by the Authority, after issue of a written notice specifying the Material Default and requesting it to be remedied; or 26.8.2 32.8.2 the Material Default is not, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, capable of remedy.

Termination on Default. The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contract by serving written notice on the Supplier Provider with effect from the date specified in such notice where the Supplier Provider commits a Material material Default of this Framework Agreement and if: 26.8.1 : the Supplier Provider has not remedied the Material material Default to the reasonable satisfaction of the Authority within twenty (20) Working Days, or such other period as may be specified by the Authority, after issue of a written notice specifying the Material material Default and requesting it to be remedied; or 26.8.2 or the Material material Default is not, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, capable of remedy.

The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving written notice on the Supplier Service Provider with effect from the date specified in such notice where the Supplier Service Provider commits a Material Default and if: 26.8.1 : the Supplier Service Provider has not remedied the Material Default to the satisfaction of the Authority within twenty (20) Working Days, or such other period as may be specified by the Authority, after issue of a written notice specifying the Material Default and requesting it to be remedied; or 26.8.2 or the Material Default is not, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, capable of remedy.

The Authority may terminate this the Framework Agreement by serving written notice on the Supplier Provider with effect from the date specified in such notice where the Supplier Provider commits a Material Default and if:if:- 26.8.1 25.3.1 the Supplier Provider has not remedied the Material Default to the satisfaction of the Authority within twenty (20) Working Days, or such other period as may be specified by the Authority, after issue of a written notice specifying the Material Default and requesting it to be remedied; or 26.8.2 25.3.2 the Material Default is not, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, capable of remedy.

Termination on Default. The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving written notice on the Supplier with effect from the date specified in such notice where the Supplier commits a Material Default and if: 26.8.1 26.7.1 the Supplier has not remedied the Material Default to the satisfaction of the Authority within twenty (20) Working Days, or such other period as may be specified by the Authority, after issue of a written notice specifying the Material Default and requesting it to be remedied; or 26.8.2 26.7.2 the Material Default is not, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, capable of remedy.

Termination on Default. 22.2.1. The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving written notice on to the Supplier with immediate effect from the date specified in such notice where if the Supplier commits a Material Default and if: 26.8.1 22.2.1.1. the Supplier has not remedied the Material Default to the satisfaction of the Authority within twenty [twenty-five (20) 25)] Working Days, or such other period as may be specified by the Authority, after issue of a written notice specifying the Material Default and requesting it to be remedied; or 26.8.2 22.2.1.2. the Material Default is not, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, capable of remedy.; or

Termination on Default. The Authority may terminate this the Framework Agreement by serving written notice on the Supplier Provider with effect from the date specified in such notice where the Supplier Provider commits a Material Default and if: 26.8.1 if:- the Supplier Provider has not remedied the Material Default to the satisfaction of the Authority within twenty (20) Working Days, or such other period as may be specified by the Authority, after issue of a written notice specifying the Material Default and requesting it to be remedied; or 26.8.2 or the Material Default is not, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, capable of remedy.
