Termination on Default. 43.1 The Authority may terminate the Contract, or terminate the provision of any part of the Services, by written notice to the Contractor with immediate effect if the Contractor is in Default of any obligation under the Contract and: a) the Contractor has not remedied the Default to the satisfaction of the Authority within 30 days after service of written notice specifying the Default and requiring it to be remedied; or b) the Default is not capable of remedy; or c) the Default is a fundamental breach of the Contract.
