Termination on Expiration Date. Unless terminated prior to the Expiration Date as provided above, this Contract will terminate automatically on the Expiration Date concurrently with the Insurance Company making a Contract Payment to the Owner equal to the balance of the Guaranteed Fund as of the Expiration Date, plus Additional Amounts, if any, that may be due and owing as of the Expiration Date. All rights and obligations under this Contract will terminate upon the Insurance Company’s payment in full of that Contract Payment.
