Termination on Failure to Agree a Variation. The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving notice on the Supplier in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice where the Parties fail to agree to a common variation pursuant to Clause 33.1.2 (Variations to this Framework Agreement). If the Authority exercises its right to terminate solely on account of such circumstances, the termination shall be classified as a "no fault termination".
