Common use of Termination on Material Breach Clause in Contracts

Termination on Material Breach. This Agreement shall terminate with respect to any party hereto that breaches its obligations herein if such breach remains uncured for thirty (30) days after such party receives written notice of the breach from the Parent.

Termination on Material Breach. This Agreement shall terminate with respect may be terminated by either party at any time if (i) the other party is notified in writing that it is in material breach of the terms or conditions of this Agreement; and (ii) such other party fails to any party hereto that breaches its obligations herein if remedy such breach remains uncured for within thirty (30) days after following such party receives written notice of the breach from the Parentor fifteen (15) days following such notice.
