Common use of Termination on National Interest Clause in Contracts

Termination on National Interest. (a) Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement, the Government may terminate this Agreement by giving not less than thirty (30) days notice in writing to that effect to Click or tap here to enter text. (without any obligation to give any reason thereof) if it considers that such termination is necessary for national interest, in the interest of national security or for the purposes of Government policy or public policy.
