Termination on Notice and Operation Agreement. Notwithstanding any contrary provision herein, either Landlord or Tenant may terminate this Lease on 180 days’ notice provided, however, that the term of this Agreement shall be concurrent with the Operation Agreement of even date herewith between Landlord and Tenant so that any termination of this Lease shall terminate the Operation Agreement and any termination of the Operation Agreement shall terminate this Lease. Following any termination of this Lease, Tenant shall have no further obligations hereunder.
