Common use of Termination on Occurrence of Stated Events Clause in Contracts

Termination on Occurrence of Stated Events. This Agreement shall terminate automatically on the occurrence of any of the following events: (a) Bankruptcy or insolvency of any party; (b) Sale of Consultant’s business; or (c) Assignment of this Agreement by Consultant without the consent of City. (d) End of the Agreement term specified in Section 1.

Termination on Occurrence of Stated Events. This Agreement shall terminate automatically on the occurrence of any of the following events: (a) Bankruptcy or insolvency of any party; (b) Sale of ConsultantContractor’s business; or (c) Assignment of this Agreement by Consultant Contractor without the consent of City. (d) End of the Agreement term specified in Section 1.

Sale of the business of any party; b. The end of the 30 (bthirty) Sale days as set forth in section 4.01; c. End of the contract to which Consultant’s businessservices were necessary; or (c) d. Assignment of this Agreement agreement by Consultant without the consent of City. (d) End e. Bankruptcy or insolvency of the Agreement term specified in Section 1any party. f. Death of any party.

(d) End of the Agreement term specified in Section 1.

(b) Sale of Consultant’s business; orthe business of either party. (c) Assignment of this Agreement by Consultant either party without the consent of Citythe other party. (d) End of the Agreement term specified in Section 1.

(b) Bankruptcy or insolvency of any party; (bc) Sale of Consultant’s business; or (cd) Assignment of this Agreement by Consultant without the consent of CityDistrict. (d) End of the Agreement term specified in Section 1.

The expiration of the term set forth in Section 1.01 of this Agreement; B. Bankruptcy or insolvency of any either party; (b) Sale of Consultant’s business; or (c) Assignment of this Agreement by Consultant without the consent of CityC. Consultant’s death or disability. (d) End of the Agreement term specified in Section 1.
