Termination on the basis of Valuation/Appraisal. If Purchaser intends to secure an appraisal of the Property, it shall do so at its own expense. If Purchaser is dissatisfied with the appraised valuation and desires to terminate this Agreement on that basis, it shall do so before the expiration of the Inspection Period.
