In the event a Pilot terminates service before qualifying for retirement and before being at least age 50 with the right to an immediate pension under the Registered Plan, Art 17.02.02 shall not apply and the pension shall therefore be calculated as specified in the Registered Plan in respect of such Pilot. For greater clarity, no benefits shall be payable to such Pilot from the Supplemental Plan and no Ancillary Benefits referred to in Art 17.02.09 shall be provided.
