Common use of Termination or Discontinuation Clause in Contracts

Termination or Discontinuation. In the event you wish to discontinue this service, you must initiate de-enrollment within Electronic Statement Services or contact our Member Service Call Center at 000- 000-0000 Option 2. We may terminate service to you at any time and/or revoke your right to use software. Neither termination nor discontinuation shall affect your liability or obligations under this Agreement.
