Termination or Retirement prior to Death. On and after the actual retirement of a Participant from the employ of the Companies or other termination of his employment, the rights of such Participant and his spouse or other Beneficiary to any benefits under this Part C shall cease and the benefits payable to such Participant or to any person claiming through or under him shall be limited to the benefits provided in Parts A or B of this Article.
