Termination other than for Good Reason by the Executive. The Executive, by providing at least 60 days prior written notice to the Company, may terminate his employment other than for Good Reason. In such event, the Executive shall be entitled to receive only his Base Salary through the effective date of the termination of his employment and shall not be entitled to receive any severance compensation.
