Termination Payments/Benefits. In the event that your employment terminates under paragraph 8(b) or (c), you shall thereafter receive, less applicable withholding taxes: (i) your Salary, as in effect on the date on which your employment terminates, until the end of the Term, paid in accordance with Viacom's then effective payroll practices; (ii) bonus compensation for the calendar year in which such termination occurs, payable by February 28th of the following year, determined as follows:
