Termination Prior to a Change in Control. 4.1.1 Prior to a Change in Control, the Employers may terminate the Employee's employment under this Section of the Agreement for any reason. 4.1.2 If the Employee's employment is terminated pursuant to this Section 4.1, any severance policies maintained by the Bank or the Company, as applicable, shall apply and no amounts shall be payable pursuant to this Agreement.
