Common use of Termination Purchase Clause in Contracts

Termination Purchase. Upon the expiration of the Term of the Lease and provided that the conditions of Section 5.3 have been satisfied, Lessee shall be deemed to have purchased the Equipment (without the payment of additional sums) and shall be vested with all rights and title to the Equipment. Lessor agrees that upon the occurrence of the events as provided in this Section, it shall deliver to Lessee the documents specified in Section 5.2, and shall comply with the provisions of Section 5.2 relating to termination upon exercise of the option to purchase.
