Termination; Renewal. 26.01 The Collective Agreement shall continue in effect until March 31, 2011 and shall remain in effect from year to year thereafter unless either party gives the other party written notice of termination or desire to amend the Agreement In accordance with Article 26.02 below. 26.02 Notice that amendments are required or that either party desires to terminate this Agreement may only be given within a period of ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of this Agreement or to any anniversary of such expiration date. 26.03 All terms of the Collective Agreement shall become effective upon date of ratification by both parties to the Agreement unless specifically stated otherwise in the Agreement.
