Common use of Termination Report and Payment Clause in Contracts

Termination Report and Payment. Within sixty (60) days after the date of termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall make a written report to University which report shall state the number, description, and amount of Products sold by Licensee upon which royalties are payable hereunder but which were not previously reported to University, a calculation of the Net Sales, and a calculation of the royalty and other payments due University for such Products, all in such form and containing such substance as is required hereunder. Concurrent with the making of such report, Licensee shall make the payment due University for such period.
