ZKC also agrees to make a written report (in a format, if any, reasonably specified by Corixa) within ninety (90) days after the date on which ZKC, its Affiliates or sublicensees sell the last Licensed Product stating in such report the same information required for quarterly reports provided under Section 7.1 hereof.
