Termination Settlement Expenses. Termination settlement expenses shall be reimbursed in accordance with 48 CFR, Federal Regulations System, Chapter 1, Part 31. Notwithstanding the foregoing, subpart 31.205-42(c), concerning initial costs, shall not apply to architectural and engineering contract terminations.
