Common use of Termination Statements Clause in Contracts

Termination Statements. On receipt of a Trust Request accompanied by an Officer’s Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel meeting the requirements of Section 11.3, the Indenture Trustee will execute termination statements and other documents to release Series [_]-[_] Collateral as permitted by this Section 8.4 and Section 10.1.
