Termination Stock Options. In the event that Employee's employment with the Corporation terminates for any reason whatsoever, including death or disability of the Employee, other than (i) by the Corporation for cause, (ii) or voluntarily by the Employee (other than as permitted herein), all stock options theretofore granted to the Employee which have not vested and become exercisable on the date of such termination shall automatically vest and become exercisable and remain exercisable in accordance with the terms of the Corporation's 1995 and 1996 Stock Option Plans and the stock option agreements thereunder.
