TERMINATION, SUSPENSION, AMENDMENTS, WAIVERS AND REMEDIES CUMULATIVE. 18.1 The Borrower cannot rescind (ontbinden) this Agreement in whole or in part. 18.2 The Borrower shall bear the risk of any error (dwaling) made by it in relation to this Agreement. 18.3 The Borrower may not suspend (opschorten) compliance with its obligations under or in connection with this Agreement on whatever grounds. 18.4 This Agreement may be amended, supplemented or waived only by a written agreement between the parties. 18.5 The rights of the Lender under this Agreement may be exercised as often as necessary, are cumulative and not exclusive of its rights under general law. No failure or delay on the part of the Lender in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver or impair that right. No waiver of any such right shall be effective unless given in writing.
